One is the PETRONAS Exploration Contractors HSE forum 2023 by PCSB which was held on 5th October 2023, at the Four Season Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Rizal Shah, our beloved President of Java Offshore, was one of the panelists at the event, sharing his thoughts and point of view as a contractor in the industry for more than a decade. It was a successful and professionally fruitful event.<\/p>\n<p>The second event was the 2023 Monsson ZIZA Campaign organized by MPM which was held on 10th October 2023 at Marina Duyung Resort, Kuala Terengganu. Mr. Rizal Shah was invited once again as a presenter. His sharing about the \u201cMV Geos Incident\u201d is related to how the right decision is consequential and could save lives, and how a leader should deal with such an unforeseen catastrophe.
