The Covid-19 pandemic has taken hold around the world and have affected all of us in many ways. For Java Offshore staff, it has certainly changed the way of working for us, one of them being the way we work. Since the outbreak, both offices in Malaysia and Indonesia worked from home, and as a result, personalized environments are strengthening the work culture. Employees are even more organically accessible now than when physically in the office (especially for Operations staff) and this has created a high level of performance culture in the organisation.
Java Offshore has come together with care; our commitment to support one another, being at one with our clients in sharing challenges as well as facing courage during this unprecedented time. We are controlling what we can, so we can sustain in the long term and will continuously find our way into the future, together.
